I found this group on FB entitled “Things I want to punch in the face…” Albeit I whole heartedly support the premise behind this group as she angrily shakes her fist at such things as Reality stars & airport angst. However, I am much more prone to wanting to punch things directly in the jeans. Perhaps this is what sets me apart from being a lady. That and I fail to sit, talk, chew or behave like one.
I have just ‘liked’ a new group on FB entitled “Things I’d like to punch in the face”. You should also like it. The group covers a wide gamut of topics that range from airport travel to reality stars. All of it true and all of it things I would like to punch. However, I have always been way more prone to punching someone in the jeans but I suppose that is what differentiates her being a lady from well…. me.
After spending at least an hour on the skytrain this past weekend (I broke my blackberry…. YET AGAIN! I have the spilliest of hands and had to take it to get repaired in Richmond in some weird hole in the wall in a chinese mall) I have come to the following conclusions/observations:
A: Deodorant should be available to everyone. I think it is understood that people smell when they perspire & especially on modes of transportation like public transit. If you are wondering, I’m speaking specifically to the man next to me that insisted on holding onto the railing above his head.
B: Men of any age should NOT french braid their hair. Especially so for men with long silver hair that flow down their back. This is not a universal look and no matter what is just not masculine.
C: Will never understand why old men wear black socks with sandals & THEN pull them up to their knees.
D: Will never understand people that sit across from you on public transit & then proceed to stare DIRECTLY AT YOU for 10 solid minutes. It is very unnerving.
If it was up to me, I’d punch a few of those people in the jeans w/ the exception of the little old man. I’d punch his wife as she should know better.
