Do I look friendly? Do I look like I want to talk to you?
Aside from the fact it’s a baby picture of me putting a bag on my head, it pretty much sums up how I feel most days… I want to hide & not chat so stop saying hit to me on the street.
I will admit I am smiling more these days. Things are FINALLY starting to turn around & all that positive thinking BS is possibly paying off. Either way, I’m happy.
There I said it….. I’m happy. Probably the first time in over a year that I could say I was. I remember last april clearly. I went about 3 weeks with no sleep due to the massive anxiety I had & had to have sleeping pills prescribed to me as I begged to have one night of sleep as I thought the crazy would be scaled down with one good night of sleep.
This just in: When you’re feeling fat, don’t try on your bathing suits.
So where was I? happy? …….. right.
Anyways, I’m hoping the past year of utter BS is behind me & am looking forward to a new venture of goodness and I have a lot to be thankful for… Mainly & most importantly for my friends as they are the best people I know. I love you all & without you, I would be in a gutter down by the river talking to myself which interestingly enough, reminds me of this afternoon & I was standing outside our bachelor venue when a schizophrenic woman barged past me yelling obcenities. Should I be flattered that the men of pigeon park think I’m hot? I’m going to go with no. However, no one spat on me so I take it as a good day.
No…. but 2 friends in particular are flying me down to vegas next weekend. They’re……………….. alright (haha.. ) no but amazing & am so excited to see my princess for the first time in a year not to mention her BFF & well, the man paying…. lightweight (if you were with us last year in Whistler, you’d call him that too. You take a man out of the states & give him Cdn beer & well, he’s out for the evening)
I’m excited for the events coming up. Mid April Night’s Dream on friday, Vegas Next weekend, Bachelor Auction in may, Moving & starting w/ a new client(s) this week…… all good….. all good.
I may start handing out hugs.
